Conclusion of agreement
The agreement only takes binding effect for the organizer and the ticket holder (“you”) when Global Fashion Agenda has registered and received your payment, and you received a confirmation email.

The purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of Danish law, unless other rules regarding consumer protection are applicable in the country of your residence.

All prices are shown exclusive VAT and ticket fee. The costs will appear separately before the payment is completed, and be a part of the total amount in the purchase process.

According to Danish law, VAT has to be included in the total purchase price. Danish VAT is 25 percentage.

Businesses domiciled in countries outside the EU can however obtain a refund of VAT through an application. The amount will not be refunded automatically. Please click here for more information.

Business domiciled in countries inside the EU may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in that country and must claim the VAT refund online, via the authorities in the country where the business is based. Please click here for more information.

We charge a fixed transaction fee of 2.9 percentage of the transaction for both credit or debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You don’t pay anything for failed charges.
The transaction fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

You can pay for your tickets by MasterCard, American Express and VISA. Another payment method is to request an invoice from Global Fashion Agenda. All communication between you and Global Fashion Agenda is encrypted.
